C: OK, I was in London, now, looking at a period of time, for a month. "I was in London for a month." Try it?
OK, another one. "I'll be a bachelor for life."

C: OK, keep going, responsible … for what? … for quality control. That's the range.

Why can't you see the forest? Because of all the individual trees, you're missing out on the big picture.

"went to my hometown"
"walk to the station"
You can see it's very easy, pointing to the station, so "to," walk to the station.
Similarly, the next one, run to the bus stop, "run to the bus stop."
And one more, "get to Phoenix"

R: Continuing on, "known to many generations."
Here too, you can imagine known to, arrow, many generations.
Let's try one more time, "known to many generations."
Next one, "He is kind to ladies."
He is kind to who? ... to ladies. You're pointing at the ladies, right?
"He is kind to ladies."
"He is polite to ladies."

"Chris is ten years senior to me."
"Chris is ten years junior to me."
And the last one, prefer math, point, point, point, to English, "prefer math to English."
