But actually, it's exactly the same as the verb to "be," "is," "was," "has been," etc., plus adjective. He is happy, for example. Instead of that, instead of adjective, you just put the past participle, 過去分詞. Let's try together. "An alien spacecraft has been spotted in orbit around Mars."
