J: And in the second version, you can use "that" to say "She suggests that he spice it up."

(suggestのほか、insist / propose / recommend / decide / demand / request / orderなど命令・要求・提案・決定に類する動詞に続く that節中にはshould + 原形を使うのが一般的)

★ 大変辛くなります
