D: Now, "Have you ever" can be said clearly and distinctly, but many people shorten these to "Have you ever?"

At first, we will speak slowly and clearly, and gradually speed up as we go. Sounds good? Let's try.

The question is... Should I say this clearly, or can I blend and shorten the sounds? The key to this answer is, who is speaking. This is a guidance counselor, so, they are not going to use the casual, fast, blended sound.
So, when we practice today, instead of "What do you wanna be?" let's practice a nice formal pronunciation, "What do you want to be?" OK? Here we go.
