C: I sure do. Um... we can get rid of this second "called," and we can replace it with a comma.
K: OK, so, how does it go?
C: It'll go like this.

C: I'm sure they did.
J: I believe they did. Yeah.
K: Great.
J: I believe in them.

K: What is your daily ritual, guys?
C: Oh!
J: I have one that I do rain or shine...
C: Oh yeah?
J: ... snow, fog. I have to do it every single day.
C: Oh, well, okay...
KC: What is it?
J: I walk my dogs.
C: Ohhhh...
J: They have to be walked.
C: What time?
J: So twice a day, once at 6 in the morning.
K: Uh-huh.
H: And again at about 3 or 4 in the afternoon.
C: It's a nice ritual.
J: Uh-huh.
K: What lucky animals.
C: Oh, yeah.
K: Oh, my goodness.
J: Yeah, without fail.
K: How about you, Carolyn?
C: Well, my daily ritual isn't as fun as Jeff's. But, it's… I study, um... actually twice a day once in the morning, and once before I go to bed.
K: What do you study?
C: I'm studying languages. So right now, I'm studying Spanish.
K: Oh my!
C: So, I spend, I have a fixed amount of time. I have to do it at least 15 minutes in the morning, and I do it at least 15 to 20 minutes in the evening.
K: Do you read uh... a textbook or do you study online or ...
C: I do both actually.
K: Oh, really.
C: I study online. I use a whole bunch of different resources, and I have an app as well. So, it's very handy.
K: That's nice.
C: What about you, Ken? What... Do you have a daily ritual?
J: Yes, uh…
K: Yeah, I think so. In the morning, I wake up and I don't get up, I wake up and I try this, uh, mini crossword puzzle in English.
C: Ohhh...
J: Crossword puzzle.
K: ... of this well-known newspaper.
J: Oh.
K: And other word games from that paper too.
C: Ah, that's a fun daily ritual.
K: Oh, yeah. It could be fun, sometimes it's not fun, you know.
J: So, two rituals, working your mind.
K: Oh, yeah.
J: Yeah, improving.
K: I hope I still have the mind.
C: Me, too.
