Hmm... Well, all of them are empowering, but I really like "Fail often so you can succeed sooner." Because we all learn from mistakes and I feel that we should all be more accepting of that fact and not afraid of it for others as well as ourselves. Mistakes give us those life lessons that we use to be successful.

Well, it does seem to come on a little strong. It's OK to bring up baseball because that's something that both parties are interested in. But we have to remember to keep it as a business relationship rather than a friendship.
