K: Carolyn, are you ready five times in one breath?
C: Oh, yeah. I like doing these ones.
K: Oh, yeah.
J: Same here.
K: All right. Let's hear it.

K: That was good.
C: Thank you.

C: All right.
K: I thought they did a good job.
CJ: Same here.
K: Great.

ダイアログが終わったところから
J: Well, my answer, "over the Ohio River." Umm... seems like it might be a little dangerous.
C: Yeah, I was thinking how interesting.
K: Oh, yes.
J: Seems like somebody is going to get wet.
K: So, it seems like you are living on a bridge or something.
J: ... or a raft or...
K: Oh, my goodness.

(raft いかだ)

J: Carolyn, how about you?
C: Well, my answer sounds a little bit safer. No. 2 was "upstairs." And well,... it's not nearly as dangerous as No. 1. That's for sure.
J: No.
K: Yeah, remember, the realter says, "Let me show you the upstairs." And they go upstairs then they see master bedroom blah, blah, blah...
C: Good listening there. So, what about yours, No. 3, Ken?

K: Uh... No. 3, "next to the entryway." I don't think so. They need to go upstairs first .... to find the answer.
All: So, the right answer is...
C: No. 2, upstairs.

J: Outstanding!
C: Great!
K: Really good.

==========
Write It!
==========
(1-33)
◆ 彼らは……が大変気に入りました
C: So, it sounds like it's almost in the past tense in the Japanese?
K: Yeah, it seems like.
C: Well, in English, I'll recommend using the present tense, because it's state that they are currently in. So, I would recommend writing "They love 何々."

◆ それはすべての条件を満たしています
J: Well, we can use the phrase straight out of the dialog.
K: OK.
J: It checks all the boxes. "It" meaning the house obviously, but "It checks the all boxes."

C: All right. You sure did well.
J: We know they did.
K: Yeah, yeah, great.

Ending
=======
K: You know, it sounds like they found a nice home.
J: Yeah! Their search for the perfect house is over.
K: Great!
C: Um... I hate to be a wet blanket; I hope they won't have any competition.
J: Well, what if they do have some competition?
C: Woo... how will the story end?
J: With the smile or teas?
K: Well, all these questions will be answered in ...
All: Dialog 5.
C: I think it's going to end happily.
J: I hope so. How will it end, Ken?
K: No comment.
J: Ohhh..
C: Booo...
K: Yeah, I boo myself, my goodness.
J: Keep us in suspense.
