(souvenir = 旅行・場所・出来事などの思い出となるような記念品、みやげ something you buy or keep to help you remember a holiday or special event)
日本語では、旅先で買ってきたお菓子などをよく「お土産」と言いますが、厳密に言うとお菓子はsouvenirには相当しません。Souvenir は旅の記念となる品物、例えば、キーホルダーやマグネット、旅先で買ったアクセサリーなどが相当します。

C: Yeah. Well, first of all, there are two ways I'd suggest writing this.
K: OK.
C: The first way is similar to the Japanese. It's a bit more formal if you use the verb "receive" here. So, in this case, it would be "Gordon receives the Goshuin."
K: All right.
C: The second way I think we could write this is using the verb "get."
K: OK.
C: And that sounds a little bit more casual, I think. And in that case, it would be "Gordon gets the Goshuin."
K: Thank you.
C: Both are fine.

J: Well, it's "be very impressed."
J: Now, we wanna (want to) know what he or she is impressed with. So, "very impressed with the calligraphy."

M: It means "Keep listening, keep practicing and..."

K: OK.

C: That sounds very, what, poetic. What's the phrase?
J: Sometimes we say "part ways" or "Parting is such sweet sorrow."

J: Well, this time, Gordon is going to Mt. Fuji tomorrow.

J: I don't know how he's gonna (going to) do that when he's so beat.
K: I know.

G: Ugh, I'm beat ― jet-lagged!
M: Where are you off to tomorrow?
G: I'm taking a tour to Mount Fuji at 6:00 a.m.
M: Good. You'll be up bright and early, anyway.
G: Right. Say, thank you for taking me around to see the sights today.
M: It was my pleasure. Oh, this is your stop coming up.
G: Okay. Keep in touch!
M: Yeah. And keep listening and practicing.
G: Yeah.
People: And keep on smiling!

K: If or when your family's here, where will you take them?
J: Well, my parents have come a couple of times and stayed.
K: Oh, okay.
J: And um... I always took them to Kyoto.
C: Same, me too. Kyoto.
J: See the sights. That's a must.

C: It is. And around Tokyo as well. There's beautiful things to see around Tokyo.
J: There are.
K: Uh-huh.
J: And I think I took them to, uh, Japanese hot springs, an onsen.
C: Oh.
K: Great.
J: And traditional Japanese inn, a Ryokan.
C: Oh.
J: Yeah.
C: What about Mt. Fuji? I always try and go to Mount Fuji.
K: Oh, really?
J: Really?
C: Yeah.
J: You climb at or you just go and see it?
C: Go and see it.
K: Yeah, it should be bigger there than here.
J: I try and get family members and friends to come to Japan during the cherry blossom season.
C: That's a nice idea.
J: And then, it doesn't matter where you go.
C: That's true.
J: It's all beautiful.
K: That's true. Yeah. Wherever you go.
J: And then the fall.
C: As you said the fall is what I'd like to do.
J: Yeah, autumn colors are outstanding.
C: Yeah. It's a beautiful time. And the weather is beautiful, nice fall weather.
J: Yes.
K: Yeah, all these wonderful, wonderful trips are a little difficult to make at this time…
J: Yes.
C: That’s true.
K: … in this difficult time. Well, let's hope that things would get back to something like normal.
C: Oh, yeah.
